The apartment has air conditioning in every room and autonomous heating. It measures 70 square meters and is located on the second floor in a building without an elevator.

It is tastefully furnished also with antiques.

It has an ample living room furnished with a double sofa convertible bed, an armchair convertible bed and a dining room table, a TV with a satellite dish and a DVD player.

The hallway has a large built-in wardrobe. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two loft beds, a desk and bookshelves.

Upon request, an Internet connection is available. One of the bedrooms opens unto a small balcony overlooking a very quiet and extremely bright courtyard. All the apartment windows overlook this same courtyard.

The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, pots, pans and utensils. It has a dishwasher, an electric heating plate, a refrigerator and a microwave.

The bathroom has a shower and a washing machine.
